Refund policy
At Jaipur Vastrakala, each fabric we supply goes through strict quality check from multiple hands ensuring accurate measurements, defect-free designs or prints, undamaged and unworn condition.
Due to professional camera & lighting exact colour of products cannot be captured in camera. However we try our best to provide closest visual appearance of all products. We still suggest you to expect slight variation in colour of actual product.
We aim to provide products to our customers at manufacturing prices & work at a large scale, so we deliver only fresh products to our customers. Hence we don't accept return of any product.

EXCHANGE
In rare cases, where you wish to exchange full or partial order either because order is not as per the specifications, you may place a request for exchange by sending us an email at contact@jaipurvastrakala.com with your order number in subject, image of the particular areas of fabric where there is an issue, and a brief write-up within 7 days from the date of receipt of order. The exchange shall be subject to conditions detailed in clauses no 1 and 2.
1.1 Exchange
-Exchange of product is applicable in case of damage only. Exchange with another product is not allowed. Check section 1.2 to review what is covered as damaged.
-Any request of exchange shall be fulfilled subject to the availability of the fabric in the inventory on the date of receipt of returned order/products.
-Exchange of products shall be calculated on the net payable price of the item(s).
-For exchange of products, our inspection team might ask for unpacking video of actual parcel sent by Jaipur Vastrakala.
-In case of any exchange due to defective/damaged items, customer shall send the package to Jaipur Vastrakala at mentioned address at their own expenses. Also customer has to pay extra shipping charges to Jaipur Vastrakala for delivering the exchanged product.
1.2 COVERED as Defect or Damaged
-All products are artisanal, and work of pure art. Block/Hand Printed products can have irregularities. Hence, irregularities are not considered as defect.
-Substantially inconsistent visual appearance in terms of print, texture or colours & is visible right at the time of product first unpacked.
-The fabric is abruptly torn and is not usable.
-The structure is loosely woven in part or areas, or weave is damaged or torn.
1.3. Conditions of Exchanged Products
-The tags on the product should be intact.
-The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched and in an undamaged condition.
-The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
CANCELLATION
1. You can cancel an order until it has not been shipped out of our Warehouse. We dispatch all products on same day if order is placed before 6pm. If order is placed after 6pm, then it is dispatched on next working day. To cancel an order, call us on the customer care number.
2. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by calling us on our customer care number.
3. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet, the refund request will be initiated into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
