Shipping policy

We want your shopping experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible, so we offer free express shipping on all orders with no extra charges. All orders are dispatched through BlueDart Express on same day and typically reach you within 48 hours for most pin codes. For Tier 3 cities, delivery can take up to 72 hours. In the rare cases that BlueDart doesn't service your area, we’ll ship your order through DTDC to ensure prompt delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
For larger COD orders, we may request a small advance payment (between ₹200 and ₹500) to help cover shipping costs, in case the order is not accepted. This helps us avoid the loss of shipping charges, including return shipping fees (RTO). Rest assured, this small fee will be adjusted against your total COD amount, so you won’t end up paying extra. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking ID via WhatsApp for easy tracking. If, for any reason, you don’t receive your tracking ID on time, please feel free to reach out to our Tracking Service Team. You can contact them via call or WhatsApp at 6376124267 between 11 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Saturday). Just provide your name or order ID, and our team will be on hand to provide all the support you need.
